Ya its fact that most of them are travelling to other countries for the treatment, particularly to India. There may be varied reasons.such as the success of the treatments, Good doctors, then money. Compared to other countries the cost of IVF is very less. The success rate is also high as many fertility centres are emerging continuously. Recently one of my colleague in uganda, flew all the way to India and undergone treatment in one of the fertility centre in Chennai, undergone successful treatment and now she is happily spending with her baby. Research also says that Chennai is becoming one of the favorite destination to medical tourists. its becoming a medical tourism hub, due to its good number of hospitals and successful treatments as well. 1 Like |
