There are many factors to consider here before you decide on what to buy. What is your budget? There is no way you want to buy anything that you wont have a budget in mind. Which part of Lagos do you want to live and proximity to your work or any activities you like? I will advice you should always go for a gated estate when you are looking for any property. I will never live in non gated community/estate. |
