I have a problem with my ext HDD. I accessed it this morning and transferred some files,hours later I tried to access it again and my laptop could not find it. I tried it on another laptop again and same thing,both laptops could not even acknowledge it being connected to it. Pls help,what can I do to make it accessible again.I have over 350GB files in the Ext HDD and I cant afford to lose those files. Assistance needed urgently. |

1stly check the USB cable or replace it, or open the HDD disk case & check if is not loose & close it back then reconnect it back |

Thanks 4 ur suggestion bro...I have opened the case and tried 3 different cables,the laptop still wont find it. The indicator light blinks severally and I can fell the HDD hum and rev but still same thing. What else can I do? |
