Job Title: Commercial Manager
Location: Delta, Lagos State

Responsibilities
Responsible for company’s commercial transactions
Ensure pre-contract commercial matters, including tender preparation and approvals are in accordance with company policies and procedures
Ensure effective and compliant post-contract commercial management and control of contracts, with commercial entitlement pursued, maximizing threats

Competencies
Able to develop and apply effective commercial strategy in bidding, negotiation & contracts management especially in the Oil and Gas industry

Qualifications
A good class of degree in Business, Commercial or Engineering
10 years post qualification experience with at least 5 years in a similar position preferably in the Oil and Gas industry
MBA or additional qualification will be an added advantage.

Job Title: Procurement Officer
Location: Delta, Lagos State

Responsibilities
Responsible for procurement of goods and services required for effective and efficient running of the organisation and in fulfillment of best practices
Analyze the purchase request from the user departments and determine the appropriate method of procurement, quotation , tender and request for proposal
Work with staff, vendors and technical experts in preparing specifications for quotations, tenders, proposals and supply agreements in a clear and concise manner

Competencies
Widespread knowledge of procurement, buying strategies, Commercial & Contracts in the Oil & Gas industry
Possess negotiation, interpersonal, organizational and sourcing skills

Qualifications
BSc in Business, Commercial or Engineering discipline with a minimum of 2.1
3 – 5 years experience with a least 2 years experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry
Experience using SAP will be an added advantage.

Job Title: Senior Financial Accountant
Location: Delta, Lagos State

Responsibilities
Cash flow management, financial forecasts and modelling
Generate performance indices and variance analysis
Provide financial advice by studying operational issues, applying financial principles and practices; developing recommendations
Provide monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements of the company to meet the statutory requirements as well as local and international accounting standards

Competencies
Conversant with Oil & Gas Accounting/Fiscal regimes, IFRS & SAP business one, joint venture Accounting
Possess sound priority management, thoroughness and accuracy, supervisory/coaching and analytical skills

Qualifications
ACA, ACCA
7 years post professional accounting qualification (of a good Accounting degree)
A minimum of 3 year experience in similar position preferably in the Oil and Gas Industry

Job Title: Production Supervisor
Location: Delta, Lagos State

Responsibilities
Coordinates, monitors, directs and controls production activities in wells, flow stations and shipment while maximally optimizing their performance/productivity
Provide effective supervision of all field production and shipment equipment to ensure that the facilities are maintained in a timely manner and at optimum conditions all the time
Ensuring Company’s production and shipment targets are met in accordance with best oilfield practices

Competencies
Possess the ability to efficiently collate and evaluate crude production and injection figures.
Attention to details; interpersonal skills; good cost management abilities, Integrity, leadership skills; problem solving skills; and the relevant technical knowledge

Qualifications
A good degree in B.Eng./Tech in Petroleum, Mechanical, Reservoir Engineering from a reputable institution
Minimum of 10 years post professional Engineering qualification experience in continuous oil and gas field production with 3 years as a supervisor

Job Title: Material Officer
Location: Delta, Lagos State

Responsibilities
Provide accurate and timely information with respect to company materials movement inventory management
Coordinate the physical inspection of materials delivered for accuracy, ensuring they are in good condition and conform to the contract and/or LPO outlines/requirements
Review items for stock replenishment by liaising with the Head of User Departments for such items that could be re-ordered.

Competencies
Competent in inventory management and resources planning
Possess logistics, negotiation and demand management skills

Qualifications
BSc/HND in any discipline, preferably Science or Technical with a minimum of 2.1 or Upper Credit.
2 - 3 years experience with at least 1 year experience in a similar position preferably in the Oil and Gas Industry

Job Title: Technical Assistant to the MD
Location: Delta, Lagos State

Responsibilities
Provide day to day assistance to the MD on all technical and operational matters
Provide management oversight for the development of integrated engineering blue-prints and plans
Maintain an up to date consolidated management overview of project contracts performance

Competencies
Experience in reservoir engineering and drilling; and/or production engineering with relevant certification
Excellent reporting and interpersonal skills
Diligent, dedicated, focused, and target oriented with a ‘can do’ attitude
Has experience in contracting, project management, finance and accounting

Qualifications
A good B.Eng./Tech in Mechanical, Structural, Process or Civil Engineering degree from a reputable higher institution.
Preferably a male of 35 - 40 years with about 10-15 years experience in Oil and Gas industry
MBA or additional qualification will be an advantage

Job Title: Production Technologist
Location: Delta, Lagos State
Responsibilities
Carry out wells performance and make recommendation for Production optimization
Perform day to day monitoring of production wells and process facilities
Assist production operators in the day-to-day operations of the flow station and wellhead activities

Competencies
Good knowledge of Flowing well performance and ability to diagnose problem wells
Experience in Flowstation production and maintenance

Qualifications
BSc in Petroleum Engineering with a minimum of 2.1
Minimum of 5 years post professional Engineering qualification experiences with atleast 2 years experience in a similar position preferably in the Oil and Gas Industry

Job Title: Trainee Geologist
Location: Delta, Lagos State

Responsibilities
Assist the Geology & Geophysicist team in all day to day activities e.g. evaluations and programming
Perform routine field and office activities requiring the application of basic geological and geophysical principles and elemental theories.
Assist with G&G daily technical report writing, geodetic referencing and Data Management functions.

Competencies
Should posses a clear understanding of basic Geo-science concepts and principles
Self motivated with the ability to make effective individual contributions within a functional team.

Qualification
BSc in Geology or Geophysics with a minimum of 2.1 degree

Job Title: Trainee Production Engineer
Location: Delta, Lagos State

Responsibilities
Assist line manager in Monitoring, analyzing and reporting on the performance of all oil, gas, non associated gas, production facilities in the assigned field, in terms of both equipment efficiency and process effectiveness, from wellheads through processing/treatment plants, to and including distribution pipelines
Perform routine field and office activities requiring the application of basic engineering and elemental theories.
Participate in planning technical aspects of drilling both production and injection of wells

Competencies
Good organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Eager to learn and willing to share knowledge as well

Qualifications
B.Eng/Tech in Petroleum, Mechanical, Reservoir Engineering with a minimum of 2.1

Job Title: Production Operator
Location: Delta, Lagos State

Responsibilities
Assist the production supervisor in the day to day running of all production, injection and well head operations
Ensure that all wellhead equipment and valves; process arid shipment facilities at the flow Station are in good working conditions and positions
Carry out daily field surveillance of the performance of all producing/ intermittent wells as well crude shipment activities

Competencies
Posses the ability to carry out efficient routine maintenance activities at the flowstation, wellheads, and crude injection stations
Pays keen attention to details, and Trouble shooting skills

Qualifications
BSc/B.Eng/HND/B.Tech degree from a reputable institution with a minimum of 2.1 or Merit class of degree.
Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience required.

Job Title: Process Engineer
Location: Delta, Lagos State

Responsibilities
Deliver timely and effective routine functions required for all operations and production systems.
Constantly monitor and ensure accurate process controls of all production process vessels at the flow station, custody transfer station and wellheads for smooth production and shipment operations in the field.
Coordinate the day-to-day running of the entire production process and instrumentation equipment/facilities in the field to achieve set production and injection targets

Competencies
Possess the knowledge of operations, Production, flow systems and Injection facilities; Tools and equipment
Possess sound priority management, monitoring, problem solving and project management skills.

Qualifications
B.Eng/B.Tech in Mechanical, Structural, Process or Civil Engineering with a minimum of 2.1
Minimum of 6 years experience in the oil and gas industry

Job Title: Reservoir Engineer
Location: Delta, Lagos State

Responsibilities
Provide reservoir-engineering support to Company’s technical/ operational activities, and to ensure sound and prudent reservoir management practices in line with local and international oilfield standards
Continually provide reservoir-engineering support during drilling, completion, work over and through-tubing operations
Carry out regular reservoir and wells production performance studies with a view to recommending optimum reservoir management strategies for enhanced productivity.

Competencies
Strong reservoir simulation and planning skills
Proficient in use geological related software

Qualifications
A good degree in B.Eng/Tech in Petroleum Engineering from a reputable institution
5 years post professional Engineering qualification experience with at least 3 years which should have been spent in a similar position preferably in the Oil and Gas industry

Job Title: ASST. Production Superintendent
Location: Delta, Lagos State

Responsibilities
Deliver timely and effective routine functions required of Production Unit/Operations Department
Continually ensure maximum and smooth production of crude
Ensure that the Company’s field production and shipment operations are conducted within the existing DPR, and other governmental regulations and standards

Competencies
Versatile experience with well control, drilling, mud logging, sidetracking and fishing procedures
Possess attention to details, problem solving and leadership skills

Qualifications
A good degree in B.Eng./Tech in Petroleum, Mechanical, Reservoir Engineering from a reputable institution.
Minimum of 7 years post professional Engineering qualification experience in continuous Oil and gas field production with 3 years leadership experience

Job Title: Mechanical Engineer
Location: Delta, Lagos State

Responsibilities
Carryout analysis; modifying static/rotational equipment; anti troubleshooting to provide remedial/mitigation solutions
Develops and test models of alternate designs and new processing methods to assess feasibility, operating condition effects
Apply engineering principles and practices to emerging field in the design of new facilities

Competencies
Versatile Working knowledge of ASME, ANSI and API Engineering Designs
Exposure to Project Management Tools and Techniques

Qualifications

Responsibilities
Provide support in coordination of well site geological & geophysical activities related with G & G service providers.
Estimates oil reserves in proven or prospective fields, and consults with Drilling Engineers concerning drilling and production methods
Examines location data to ascertain oil and gas exploration potentials

Competencies
Provide accurate estimates of oil reserves in proven or prospective fields Consults and liaises with Drilling Engineers concerning most efficient drilling and production methods
