As it is, it's all very vague.

Expecting people to burn call units just to ascertain price is very bad.

A matter as serious as buying land in a scam-infested clime should warrant voluntary transparency on a seller's/agent's part.

There are no houses in the proposed estate yet just acres of land..for prices; 850,000naira for instamental payment(200,000naira upfront and minimum of 70,000naira monthly) or outright payment of 750,000naira.
Either instalmental or outright payment, 10 percent will be paid for agency and another 10 percent for legal documentation of land purchased.
