SOUTH KOREA will host MISS WORLD 2016!
The country has been interested in hosting Miss World since 2010 when it first hosted the Mr. World competition. However, a lawsuit in 2011 between the organizers of Miss World Korea (Jungah Park) and Miss Universe Korea (Hankook Ilbo) prevented them from bidding for the competition. Miss World Korea has now won the court case. As to which city will host the contest isstill undecided.
