Initially the caveat emptor sign was as a result of attempt by fraudulent individuals (A.K.A 419) to sell the property without the consent of the owner. Presently i have the full consent of the owner to sell which is subject to verification.

U mayb right dat is in ikeja. For me any property close to railway or airport is no go area. Let me flash u back to wat happened to houses near airport wen Delta airline crashed in lagos. U know how many people lost their life wen d aircraft crashed on their buildin. The close proximity to d airport is wot put me off anyway nd u should let d owner know as wel so that he wil not b expectin sometin big from d property, lay my reasons to him, it mayb ur advantage.
