1. MARKETING EXECUTIVE AND MARKETING MANAGER

Responsibilities:
 Will manage and control the relationship between products and target audience.
 Promote whatever products or services are on offer to company clients.
 Developing new marketing strategies is an important part of the role and control inward and outward of all marketers.
 As a Marketing Executive you will report to the Head of Marketing and cover various day to day activities.
 Manage customer relationship.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Good network of contacts.
Ability to meet and exceed revenue targets

2. MARKETING OFFICER

 Marketing the company Product at any length
 Feedback information to the client and Company
 Developing the absolute integrity to client by render a good service
 Collate the list of client that entitle to the company facility

Requirement:
Ability to meet the company targets
He/ she must be a computer literate

3. COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER.

Responsibilities:

Strong effective and inspiring communications are critical to the success of this project. The Communications Officer will take the lead role in ensuring clear consistent messaging is delivered to a wide variety of internal and external audiences

Requirements:

Mass Communications, Business Administration, or other related field required;

He / She must have ability to leading and delivering effective communications for advocacy initiatives, sooner in field of public health/ maternal health in Nigeria

Experience developing and implementing communications plans; ability to analyze target audiences and develop appropriate tactics and products
4. PURCHASING AGENT / CORRESPONDENT OFFICER

Responsibilities:

1.Provided excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
2. Researched and evaluated suppliers based on price, quality, service, availability reliability, production capacity, distribution capabilities, reputation, and history.
3. Evaluated and monitored contract performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and to determine if changes were needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:

A minimum of OND
Appreciable level of communications- oral and written
5. DUTIES OF AN ACCOUNT MANAGER AND STORE MANAGER:
* Products sales, technical presentations and other promotion activities in the field of Optical transport network and access network, Optical cable, Wireless network, Data Network and related.
* Collecting information of market, competitors and customers for marketing development.
* Market analysis for particular products and identifying market opportunities.
* Planning and implementation of projects, ensuring achievement of sales objectives.
* Quotations
* Sales and marketing plan
* Develop new customers and maintain good relationship
* Finish company’s sales task
Requirement of an Account Manager:
* Experience in a similar role
* Must be result oriented
* Must be computer literate
* Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
* Ability to direct and motivate others in a team fostered environment.
* Ability to prioritize and organize works
7. ACCOUNTANT
• Manage fund disbursements (payment vouchers, cheques, and other banking transactions).
• Prepare and track budget, liability, and capital accounts and monitor financial status,
• Ensure compliance with internal control and adherence to donors' financial policies and procedures.
• Prepare accurate and timely reconciliation of bank reconciliation statements, accounts payable, and account receivables, balance sheet and other reports for submission to donors, management and, internal and external auditors.
• Efficiently manage payroll and monthly local statutory returns such as PAYEI taxes, Pensions, etc.
• Coordinate activities of accounting staff and provide necessary mentoring to subordinates.
• Work closely with program team and support other staff for effective operation of VPS INT. and project activities.
• Ensures proper record keeping and manages data base backups.

Qualifications:
• A minimum of HND/ BSc. degree in Accounting and ACAIACCA. Must also have at least six years working experience in finance
• and administration with Non- Governmental organizations. Also a demonstration of experience on automated accounting systems
• (particularly QuickBooks, Microsoft excel, words and power point), good knowledge of internal control systems, financial audit
• Processes and accounting procedures for multiple donor or project accounts.
7. WAREHOUSE MANAGER

Responsibilities:
Maintained merchandise and supply levels through inventory control.
Utilized experience and knowledge to build customer relationships and increase sales.
Demonstrated excellent leadership abilities; trained and served as role model for new associates.
Provided exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• B.Sc. /HND in any related field with a minimum of second class lower division.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
