Dana Airlines Limited (Dana Air) is a member of
Dana Group of Companies Plc. The airline began
commercial flight operations on Monday,
November 10, 2008 and has grown to become one
of Nigeria’s leading airlines.
The Dana Air fleet currently consists of Boeing
MD83 aircraft which have a higher number of
passenger seats and a larger cargo capacity than
currently available in the country. The airline
offers a two class service with 12 seats in its
dedicated ‘Smart Class’ business cabin and 128
seats in its spacious ‘Traveller Class’ economy
cabin.

Job Description
As part of our commitment to expand and
provide a world class carrier to Nigeria we are
seeking experienced and courteous individuals to
join our team.
Key Accountabilities:
Booking of Airline Tickets through Airline
Reservation System.
Handling Passenger Queries and responding /
escalating to the next level if not solved.
Computation and Preparation of Total Sales
Report.
Provide excellent customer service, anticipate
and respond to passenger’s needs promptly
and in a professional manner.
Requirements
To join us as a Ticketing and Reservation Officer
you will need to:
Possess a minimum of HND or BSc.
qualification
Have completed an IATA Course on Fares and
Ticketing.
Hands on experience on Airline reservation
systems like AMADEUS, GALILEO etc.
Have worked for a reputable airline for at
least two years as a Ticketing & Reservation
Officer.
Be well versed with computer applications.
Have excellent interpersonal and
communications skills.
Be willing to work in shifts.
