You should create a 3D rendering of the plan, it would make it easy for novice to understand the structure. If you need help with 3D rendering, both interior and exterior based on your plan, I have a friend that can do that for you, he's an architectural student with vast knowledge of 3D max, Google sketch up, AutoDesk, e.t.c.

@op.can u give us a rough bill of quantaties to see how we arrived at the 2.9m Naira? Keep in mind that labour & material costs are slightly higher in Abuja.

pls i would advice you to start construction ASAP if u have the fiance since i am presently in abuja now because from january i will be travelling outside abuja and it would take me about 19 to 21days from the foundation to roofing stage.
