People , i av always wanted 2 help , people dat get hooked on drugs but cant help it... I thought of setting up a rehabilitation centre , but i do not knw if d police will haras me because im nt a health worker , although i av extensive knowledge abt managing pipo wit drug issues ... Pls i need some advise |
