Hi, Im looking for a small space for a modern cafe /restaurant in abuja city . Areas I'm looking at now are maitama and wise ii but if you have a better location please suggest. It docent have to be a big space , a space similar to chloes cupcake heaven on adetokunbo ademola in wise ii will be fine. also I'm welcome to non conventional arrangements, e.g if someone is willing to let out a space within their business (office< supermarket, mall etc, then i'll be more than happy to consider it. Also, do you know of any new malls coming up? or is kfc opening any new branches? i'll like to be in one of those new hotspots.
