lunch is out of it since your kids have lunch in school

for breakfast, you can add more variations such as ( depending on what your schedule permits):
fries (potatoes,plantain,yam, anything)
pancake, toast, sandwich, saucage, burger, hotdog, pizza, pastry etc

for dinner, you can try out any of the following:

swallow - eba, semo, amala, garri etc depending on what you can easily get.

soups- egusi, okro, ora, banga, white soup, vegetable soup, ogbono, edikaikong, afang, gbegiri, ewedu, efo-riro, bitter leaf soup, groundnut soup etc

Beans - beans & yam poridge, beans & plantain poridge, fried beans & vegetables, poridge beans & fries, beans and rice, moi-moi, akara etc

yam- yam poridge, barbecue / roasted yam & Sauce, boiled yam & sauce

Rice: fried, jollof, coconut, palm oil rice, vegetable rice, white rice & sauce ( variety oooo )

Pasta- noodles, sparghetti, marcaroni etc wit variety of sauce.
