How can I start Cooking Gas business?

How can I get a gas plant that will make me a distributor?

I want to know d amount needed to start as a cooking gas distributor,and also where to get Gas Plant that I can buy gas from.

I am still hoping that someone will have genuine info to share concerning this biz.

There is a very big gas plant in my area here but, they are yet to start business...

Step 1)Get a bulk gas supply discount contract. from the majors

Step 2) Start with atleast a 100,000 litres gas storage tanks

Step 3) Arrange a site near a pipeline supply route or major road network access.

Step 4) Get your refilling pumps and tidy up all safety issues on site
