Am not a big fan of rap music but I think I prefer rap performed in native languages like igbo or yoruba. They just sound sweet in my ears. I only understand igbo language and each time I listen to rap in igbo I just keep laughing even when the lines are not too funny.
Do you enjoy Naija rap perfomed in english language more than igbo or yoruba rap or the other way round?

@op the way u laugh when phyno raps is the same way I laugh when seriki raps in Yoruba. seriki raps in a funny way,tho he's not even on d top5 list of best Yoruba rappers....@topic I think I enjoy igbo rappers(especially phyno) as well as Yoruba rappers, but I appreciate rappers who mix the Yoruba language with English and come up with great metaphor and punchline

adaobi123: I like both yoruba and igbo but I'm more drawn too Igbo, mainly because I understand it. Kai, when I hear someone like phyno rap, I always feel like fainting. Its sounds so segzy.
