Top confectioner, Deola Layade, has something big up her sleeve. The Chief Executive Officer of Exquisito Cakes is planning to host the first bread fair in Nigeria. The young entrepreneur says she is bringing bread experts together to show-case a wide range of bread in different sizes, shapes, flavours and taste from around the world at the fair .
