3. There's nothing like lectures, thus no tuition fee cuz its an ODL-Open & Distance Learning Institution.
4. I heard that NYSC mobilization list is out. This means, NOUN graduates will be serving.
5. Yes! PC is not compulsory but it's important. A smartphone or tab' is another alternative!! If u Don't have access to any of these, then, u myt need to do with cybercafe(for TMAs) & biz centres to do some printings(where inevitable).

ol2012: Ask/luk 4 BOUNDARY/WIMA bound buses at MILE2. If u board a WIMA bound bus, alight at MARINE BEACH busstop and board a DOCKYARD bound keke napep to alight at NAVAL BASE(U can actually trek from MARINE BEACH 2 d NAVAL BASE). However, if u board a BOUNDARY bound bus from MILE 2, alight at d last busstop(BOUNDARY) and board DOCKYARD bound keke napep to alight at NAVAL BASE. NOUN APAPA SC is within d NAVAL BASE

Some SCs provides facilitation, but I guess, not for all courses. Please, u need to re-visit & explore www.nou.edu.ng for detailed info. This will give answers to most of your questions (your SC won't answer your question on fees). #CaseClosed
