What can i do..last nite was hell for me, as my hand,the left hand just hang up and was getting stiff and all the veins in it was aching me, it started in the afternoon when i slept and d fourth finger was aching me terribly and woke me up, i applied bam to it and stretch it after some time it relieved me then in d nite it was all over my lefthand,i prayed,annoint it,and use rob also,i didnt even sleep properly,but when i wake up i felt relieved,not quite long i started feeling it again, i use my right hand to hold my lefthand and before i know it my righthand too started aching me slightly, this got me more concerned, right now as i am typing am relieved of both hands, both i dont know what could happen in d next few minute..is this spiritual or what could i possibly take healthwise to stop this
