I've had to make a number of difficult decisions and although I know its the right thing to do,

I just dont know how to make the pain go away

well, my take on this is, since u knew they were d right things to do,  do try takin your mind away from them or anything that'll make u remenber them,  with time, u'll get over it ok. take it easy girlfie!

try hanging out with friends or family dat make u feel good, or u can try music (it works for me),
go see a movie,
or beta still u can confide in a FRIEND WHO U REALL REALLY TRUST!!

Well, for me I'll do the following:-
1) Play music instruments (Drums, Guitars - Electric, Folk, Classical & Bass Guitar, Piano and keyboard) very loudly
2) Sing karaoke (Even sing songs which you have never sung before)
3) Press a pillow against your face and scream as loud and long as possible untill you are out of breath
4) Chase you pets around the house
5) Do some arts and crafts
6) Meet alot of friends and have a good time
7) Go to sleep
Participate in alot of activities

Well it all depends on the Poster. Some people with a heart ache might not be able to sleep during that time of depression.
