People what chances do I have in the labour market if I do the above named programe. I've had 5yrs experience in call centre/customer services. I want to know because I don't think customer service jobs are really needed like that in most big companies. Many use contract staff for that. So I want to boost my career to a higher level. If there's any other certification course that will be better for me, please guys advise. Thanks.
