THEIR RESPECTIVE BANKS, SOFT COPIES OF SIGNED CONTRACT DEEMED LEGALLY
BINDING & LEGALLY ENFORCEABLE BY BOTH PARTIES.

2. Seller sends the documents of the cargo to the Buyer for the immediate processing of the Assurance letter by the Buyer's Bank.
OR 1 n 2 done simultaneously by seller
and same by buyer when sending the signed spa back.
(3) BUYER sends a copy of the payment Assurance Letter written by the buyer's bank to the intent to pay N50m on confirmation of product and also the cost of the entire cargo.

4..Seller, through the Master of the Vessel, sends message to Port Channel 16 @ Cotonou, a transaction Code is sent back through same channel- the Master of the loaded Vsl, which is transmitted to the buyer. This is it: 'I Capt........have 2 million barrels of BLCO on board MT......for (buyer's company) on behalf of .... Company'

(5) SELLER ISSUE MARINE ATB/ETA to COTONOU SUPERCARGO AND INSPECTOR FOR INSPECTION AT COTONOU . UPON CONFIRMATION OF THE CARGO BY THE SUPERCARGFO AND INSPECTORS. BUYER RELEASES THE #50M TO SELLER FOR LOGISTICS.

(6) UPON CONFIRMATION OF Q/Q REPORT, BUYER’S BANK WIRES MT103/23 INTO THE SELLER’S ACCOUNT AS DIRECTED BY THE SELLER.


(7) WITHIN 48HRS, Q&Q RESULT IS SENT TO BOTH BUYER AND SELLER, UPON
FAVOURABLE RESULT AND SUBMISSION OF THE FULL CARGO DOCUMENTS, BUYER EFFECT FULL PAYMENTS DIRECTLY INTO SELLER’S ACCOUNT COVERING THE TOTAL COST OF CARGO AND COMMISSIONS MINUS THE #50M(350,0000.00) IN RESPECT TO Q&Q RESULT/REPORT.
