Cortex A7 is very outdated because the Morotola Droid from 2009 to 2010 most processors weere cortex A8, in 2010 - 2012, most processors (dual-core and quad-core were cortex A9), then from 2012 - present, most processors from Qualcomm, Samsung, and other companies have been based off of Cortex A15 architecture. Cortex A15 architecture is much more efficient and powerful than Cortex A7.

Actually pardon what I said earlier, those specs are inbetween mid-range to high-end. Not too bad at all. I watched a benchmark video on how it performs in a different phone with the exact same specifications, was pretty impressed:
