The Chairman and Head of the Software Architecture of Microsoft, Bill Gates has retired from Microsoft(today). Although he may pay a visit to the company once a week, he is no longer engaged in the active decision and policy making of the software company. His agenda now is to be deeply involved in the phlantropic works particularly in the area of the fight against HIV/AIDS and Malaria.
