Passive income is income that does not require you to be physical present to earn it.
As an example,

If you work for some one, you have to come in to work and give your time in exchange for income.

While income like royalties, rental income , are income you receive without putting in time in exchange.
You do the work once, and you receive income every time.

I hope my explanation makes sense.

Passive or residual income could be likened to the kind of money you earn from a real estate business. Imagine a situation where you have about 5 houses with tenants in each of them.
Do you know that you may not have to work again for the rest of your life with these tenants each paying you like 150k per month? It could be more than that, all depends on you.

As you can see, real estate business is one venture that can earn you passive or residual income for life... what other sources of passive income can you recommend for Nigerians?

Over time, I have realized that the best means of creating lasting wealth is by earning passive or residual income, unfortunately, not every body is aware of this fact. Which is why we must strive to reveal all the secrets of generating passive income to Nigerians.

What are the sources of passive income you know?

Starting is very easy. You will need to decide what you really want to achieve. What is your goal? Then look out for an avenue that will pay you on a consistent basis-that is passive or residual income.

You can read more about a system that I know here: http://www.onlinecashsecret.info

I hope it helps!
