PROCEDURES
1.] Seller And Buyer Sign And Seal Sales/Purchase Agreement With Their Full Banking Details Including Their Brokers Banking Details Both Parties Forward A Copy Of This Signed SPA Contract To Their Respective Banks.
2.] Buyer returns the Signed SPA Contract with the NOR/ETA format along with Letter of Capability from his Bank to Seller`s Bank.
3.] While Seller issues NOR/ETA to Buyer Port of Destination, upon confirmation of Seller `s NOR/ETA, Buyer places BG/LC for the total cost of the cargo.
4.] Upon confirmation of instruments by Seller`s Bank, seller instructs his Captain to move Vessel to Ghana water for Q & Q.
6.] Upon successful Q & Q reports analysis, Buyer Releases full payment to Seller and all Nominated accounts in the SPA.
7.] Seller now releases all necessary relevant documents to the Buyer.
NOTE: The Sellers warrants that it has the clear and qualified rights to sell or otherwise dispose of the Cargo as offered to him which is the subject matter of this Contract Agreement and that the Cargo is clear of all liens and encumbrance.
