Trying to complie a list add as you know what has made you successful at your job/business

Think of things you can do to make your boss’s job easier. An employee who anticipates his or her superior’s needs without having to be asked is extremely valuable.

Be a team player and be willing to support your fellow employees

Be willing to take on responsibilities that are outside your job description. The more productive you are, the more irreplaceable you becOME

Be proactive and figure out what you can do without asking

Spend a week paying closer attention to not only your job but also to the overall flow of the business. Come up with a few ideas that you could present to your boss rather than just relying on him or her for direction.
