venorite: My take is we can be lucky to land it in Lagos with a budget of N920k(If won for $1,100) and N950k Max( if won for $1,300). All you need do is deposit $400 or Naira equivalent now,once bid is wan you make available N600k(Deducting the previously paid $400). Balance of N350k would be sue for payment in exactly 4weeks(The would be the anticipated time of arrival in Lagos).
