Too much of anything is always a bad like the adage says, well a woman from Michigan, USA just found out how true the statement was.

The 47 year old woman had an addiction for super thick tea, and was known to drink a
pitcher of tea (made from a hundred bags of tea) a day over the course of 17 years.

And as a result of her habit, she has lost all her teeth and developed a rare bone disorder that has made her bones more dense than average in parts of her spinal vertebrae and her ligaments .

The disorder known as skeletal fluorosis , is a bone disease caused by consuming too much of the mineral fluoride. Normally excess
fluoride is removed by the kidney but in this case her kidneys can not get rid of the
large amounts of fluorides ingested by the woman leading to a formation fluoride
deposits in her bones.

However the doctor are optimistic that she would make a recovery if she quits drinking tea, which would allow her body to get rid of the fluorides it dissolves.

So drink tea responsibly.
