Infotunity International Limited; service and supplier of business equipment and office automation, requires qualified candidates to fill in the position of Customer Support Engineer.

Specific Duties:
- Installs and repairs business equipment, such as computer, Copiers, Printers, and communication systems, in field installations
- troubleshoot, repair and service copiers, printers, and MFP’s at customer's sites
- install and set-up equipment in both stand-alone and networked environments
- provide scheduled maintenance service
- train end users on proper equipment usage

Skills:
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- excellent customer service skills, with friendly and professional attitude and appearance
- excellent organizational skills
- ability to work independently, with and without direction
- sufficient knowledge and understanding of networks, computers and operating systems to set-up and test equipment
- in-depth technical knowledge of copiers, printers and general electrical components

Qualifications and Requirements
1) Min. BSC/HND in engineering, electronics or computer/IT discipline from a reputable institution.
2) Must not be more than 28 years as at December 2013.
3) Self motivated, target driven and result oriented.
4) Must have good communication and analytical Skills.
