I just celebrated my birthday recently and to my greatest surprise i was sent a message from etisalat congratulating me...i want to know how that is possible since i was reliably informed that only NCC(Nigeria Communication Commission) has access to the SIM card registration information


please i need reply...or shud i be scared ...i want to know how this is possible

u registered ur sim,2 registrations were done during ur sim registration,one for NCC and one for ur NETWORK(etisalat)
