Looking for a female customer service manager.

Preferably above the age of 26.

Preferably in the Ikeja area.

Our company is an events hall looking for a female customer service manager.

Responsibilities:

Meeting clients and answering enquiries
managing cleaners, security and other menial staff
Following up with clients booked and new enquiries
Attending vendor meetings for each event
Reporting back on vendor meetings for clients requirements
Creating a filing system for all clients
You will be required to work on public holidays and may be required to work on weekends ( sundays depends on there being an event)
Receive correspondence


Personal traits:

You need to be good inter facing with clients (any type of client)
Good with project management
An interest in events management is a plus
A presentable dresser
Good phone manner
Good spoken english
Knowledge and use of social media, blackberry etc
