Is it a sin to work on public holidays? most oil industry workers work even on Xmas days etc. Nigerians have to change this excessive holiday mentality. Immediately its a holiday everything grinds to halt and all bank systems are crashing. How can we make progress with mentality. Every business should have business continuity systems that work. The staff should ask for allowances/incentives for work done on holidays and thats all |
