Should I Port My Airtel Line? by Nobody: 6:18pm On Oct 17, 2013
For almost a year I have been unable to send or receive sms on my airtel line. On bb, phone will show - requested facility not implemented.
I have called customer support many times, even physically visited their office twice, no solution. Recently, sim got lost, I recovered number with new sim, still problem persist and still no solution.

So I am thinking of porting to mtn when my bis expires, any suggestions?
