Festac Branch of Tuface's owned Night club, Rumors is opening soon. And that's the photo of the almost completed construction in progress. Festac is Tuface's hood. Singer, Kween Onokala displayed the pix on her BBM this morning with the status update "Rumors Festac Opening Soon".
