I just read something right now about
2 major Nigerian' banks right now, that
I feel like doing something crazy to them
if I have my way.

Imagine asking fresh helpless graduate
applicants to raise N1 millión' or no
employment for them.

Is that reasonable?

Having spent almost two unproductive
years at home after graduation, Evelyn
was badly in need of a job like every
other fresh graduate.

After passing the aptitude test and
first interview, she was pretty confident
as she walked out of her second interview
for a management trainee position at
Access Bank.

Long story cut short, Evelyn's confidence
immediately withers like an ice cube thrown
into a burning fire when she was told, over
the telephone, by an official of the bank
that she needed to source a total of N1
millión' from at least 10 new customers
within a week as a prerequisite for being
employed.

Banks,Insurance companies, most private companies now insist on paying staff purely on commission..(Pure capitalist)

Sad scenario isn't it?

Good...

Now, let's look at it this way...

In as much as we would be quick to blame
the banks for such conditions, we're also
however quick to forget something here.

That these banks are in business...

They've paid billions of naira to CBN in
the name of capitalization to remain in
business (you remember that Soludo policy?)

Banks,Insurance companies, most private companies now insist on paying staff purely on commission..
Now, do you expect them to turn into charity
organizations and start providing jobs for
people freely and easily without achieving
their aim.

Did you also forget that computer apps and
programs are almost taking over every job
hitherto done by humans?

Whatever way you want to see it, the truth
remains that these banks and every other
non governmental bodies are in business to
make PROFIT...business they can control
and decide who to employ under whatever
conditions.

And if you ask me, I'll tell you... GO
START YOUR OWN!

Ha ha ha ha!

You mean I should go start my own
bank?"

No no no... far from it.

Start small... grow it. There's nothing
so sweet as your own thing.

And now, you're wondering where the hell
you can start from... how to go about it,
and what to do exactly?

Did you just ask that question?

If you did, then I can simply say these
2 things about you:

It's either you haven't been reading my
emails...

or maybe you're among the group that just
open up emails, and read only the first 2
sentences, hence missing out in the MEAT
of the whole thing.

Anyway, there's hope for ya... as I'm going
to be doing something extremely crazy for
you starting this night (and may last for
just 4 days)

Like I've been doing, I'll be helping you
start something of your own... by giving
you access to 2 materials that have helped
many find their fit and forget everything
about 9 to 5 job.

I will give you a list of over 50 most profitable businesses you can start with little capital in Nigeria
I will help link you to get guaranteed funding contacts (loans and grants)
I will help you with free expert business clinic training and mentorship

I just read something right now about
2 major Nigerian' banks right now, that
I feel like doing something crazy to them
if I have my way.

Imagine asking fresh helpless graduate
applicants to raise N1 millión' or no
employment for them.

Is that reasonable?

Having spent almost two unproductive
years at home after graduation, Evelyn
was badly in need of a job like every
other fresh graduate.

After passing the aptitude test and
first interview, she was pretty confident
as she walked out of her second interview
for a management trainee position at
Access Bank.

Long story cut short, Evelyn's confidence
immediately withers like an ice cube thrown
into a burning fire when she was told, over
the telephone, by an official of the bank
that she needed to source a total of N1
millión' from at least 10 new customers
within a week as a prerequisite for being
employed.

Banks,Insurance companies, most private companies now insist on paying staff purely on commission..(Pure capitalist)

Sad scenario isn't it?

Good...

Now, let's look at it this way...

In as much as we would be quick to blame
the banks for such conditions, we're also
however quick to forget something here.

That these banks are in business...

They've paid billions of naira to CBN in
the name of capitalization to remain in
business (you remember that Soludo policy?)

Banks,Insurance companies, most private companies now insist on paying staff purely on commission..
Now, do you expect them to turn into charity
organizations and start providing jobs for
people freely and easily without achieving
their aim.

Did you also forget that computer apps and
programs are almost taking over every job
hitherto done by humans?

Whatever way you want to see it, the truth
remains that these banks and every other
non governmental bodies are in business to
make PROFIT...business they can control
and decide who to employ under whatever
conditions.

And if you ask me, I'll tell you... GO
START YOUR OWN!

Ha ha ha ha!

You mean I should go start my own
bank?"

No no no... far from it.

Start small... grow it. There's nothing
so sweet as your own thing.

And now, you're wondering where the hell
you can start from... how to go about it,
and what to do exactly?

Did you just ask that question?

If you did, then I can simply say these
2 things about you:

It's either you haven't been reading my
emails...

or maybe you're among the group that just
open up emails, and read only the first 2
sentences, hence missing out in the MEAT
of the whole thing.

Anyway, there's hope for ya... as I'm going
to be doing something extremely crazy for
you starting this night (and may last for
just 4 days)
