For a six bedroom, u shld be looking at about N60m-N70m. Den a plot of 1200sqm and above wld do.

Really? I know someone who built a 3 bedroom bungalow recently for 6m, and looking at some threads here looks like even recently a nairalander did for even less. So I think 15m for bungalow is stretching it!

Well.....I was refering to a 6 bedroom bungalow wit 2 living rooms. And again finishings affects the cost of building.
