plz does anyone know wat happened to multitv on strong decoder it has lost signals oh

It also happened to my own. I did blind scan and it showed up with this new frequency/symbol rate.
Frequency = 12.529 v
Symbol rate =27.041
Use it to search, i think it will be ok.

How do I do a blind scan? Is it something I can do on my own? Or I need to call the guy who installed it? Thanks in anticipation.
