According to Thorsten Hens, BBM would
be free of charge to download and use.
However, only the messaging and group
chat would be rolled out first, followed
by BBM Voice, Screen Sharing, Voice
Capabilities and BBM channels later in
the year.

Lot of people are so excited about the
released of BBM for Android and IOS. Its
important to note that not all Android
and IOS support BBM.
Below are the devices that did not
support BBM.

1. Any Android device running Android
version lower than Android 4.0
(Ice Cream Sandwich).

2. Any IOS device running less than IOS
6.0. Iphone lower than iphone 3GS won't
be supported, iphone 4 is IOS 5.1.1, it
won't be supported and also ipads with
less than IOS 6.

It is also to be noted that Window Phones won't support BBM.
So if you are so excited about the
coming of BBM to Android and IOS and
your phone fell on above list, sorry about
that.
