I got admission in two schools. One school is to study estate management and the other is to study accountancy. So, i need u peoples help on which one is good to study among the two courses. And where and where do sum1 dat study estate management works. Thank to u all.

It's that simple, someone who studies Estate Management literally become "Manager of an estate".

Someone who studied Estate Mgt. will became an Estate Surveyor And Valuer. They usually work in the real Estate sector eg. Construction conpanies as project managers, engage in valuation of properties(including plants and machinery),property agency,facility managment,building maintainance,they can even wrk in Banks as in-house surveyor and valuer(determing d monetary worth of ppties dat might be used as mortgages for loan),sales and purchase of land, real estate development and mgt, they also work in ministries of Land and housing,or set up ur own firm as an enterpreneure, etc..infact they ar involved in anything that has to do with the development of land and landed properties.
As for accountancy, since evry company/business needs an accountant, therefore their services are very important and indespensible in d financial sector, and am sure u know what they do!

Although both courses are professional courses. But, I think Estate Mgt is better. This is because the real estate sector(especially in Nigeria) has so many potentials which have not been fully exploited, unlike accountancy which has already been over-saturated with a lot of people pursuing d little money available there.

Moreover, u'll notice that every Tom,Diick and harry can become an accountant regardless of wether or not u studied accountancy in school,as long as u write and pass the ICAN examm Even as an estate manager u can write and pass d Ican exam and become a chatered accountant!

So,its left for u to make ur choice..Goodluck!
