Please i tried to install visual basic 6.0 but it didn't complete by it is working#(but not completely eg help isn't active). So I want to un install and re install but it's not at the control panel and it's telling me I have once run the software on that system so it can't be installed again. Please what do I do |

New in programming. Maybe I should go for 2008 as I can't see 2010 here |

Better.... At least you will be able to work with .net anf have a some knowledge of OOP which will make switching to to programming languages easy for you |
