The Catholic Diocese of Awka will on Saturday 26th october launch the LONG awaited University. According to the catholic bishop of Awka Most Rev.Dr. Paulinus Ezeokafor,the essence of establishing the university was to ensure continuity as the Church had already gotten suitable primary and secondary schools scattered all over the diocese.He said,'We need our children to be grounded educationally,physically,intellectually,vocationally as well as observe and adhere to the true teachings of the church.
