Measurements for 15liters production of Liquid soap



1. Nitrosol 1 tin milk
2. Soda Ash 1 tin milk
3. Sulphonic acid ½ litres
4. formalin 3covers of lacasera
5. colour as deep as you want
6. Perfume 5 covers of lacasera

• Pour your Nitrosol (1 tin milk) into 9litres of water and stir properly till it dissolves
• Balance your soda ash (1 ½ tin milk) with 3 liters of water and stir very well
Pour your surphuric acid (1/2 liters ) into the balanced soda ash and stir properly together

•Pour your mixed soda ash and you sulphonic acid into the Nitrosol and stir very well
Add your Formalin ,colour and Perfume and stir very well.
Note:Please leave your production for 24hours for fermentation to take place ,also if your output is thick just add more water and stir very well.For more free reports and questions visit www.hotcake.tk
