No, The offer is not a means to exploit the undergraduates, rather it is meant to empower them and offers everything I outlined above.
I have three younger ones who are in various institutions of higher education who are now actively involved and making valuable use of the ASUU situation.

Sooner not later, those who are yet to realize will no doubt learn the following life lessons:
-The ratio of unemployed graduates to available job openings is at least 150:1
-"Gainful" Employment is fast dwindling, 70% of those job openings offers no security. It is impossible to plan your future on a take home that can't 'pay your rent'
-One income flow may be enough for a lady, a man need at least three.
-Sustainable income/Entrepreneurship is the way to go.
-"The earlier the better"
