use a pc to download the latest os. install it into your computer system, thereafter, go to program files, locate RIM folder, search for an XML and delete it. thereafter, connect ur phone to the pc, and lunch bootloader from the rim folder.

follow the onscreen instruction , and install d os, make sure u back up ur files 1st. this should fix it

If I can get the link to dwnload the latest OS, I'll really apr8 it. The current version is 7.1.0....thx fr the earlier reply.

thereafter, login, there are two os types, the leaked version and the official, i usually do the leaked but i critically check the reviews first.

@ HARDDON, I downloaded the OS, buh it came out as a zip file, I extacted the file, then I tried installing d bbh tool it didn't respond,,,then I wnt to program files, located a Rim(Research in Motion) folder, opening the folder ws a blackberry desktop software, I searchd fr d 'xml' files, deleted them, and then pluged in my phone, lunching d javaloader, it ws telling I hv no OS installed...pls I'm really confused, I need a way out...thnx bro
