The Bible teaches that salvation is by faith alone in Jesus Christ. “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.” There you have it... NOT OF WORKS!

In sharp contrast, the Catholic Church requires their members to have BOTH faith and works; thus disobeying the Scriptures. They have a corrupt understanding of James 2:17-18, “Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone. Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by my works.” James 2:21 clearly explains what James meant, “Was not Abraham our father justified by works, when he had offered Isaac his son upon the altar?” Abraham offered Isaac upon the alter in Genesis chapter 22.

However, we read that Abraham was saved in Genesis 15:6, “And he believed in the LORD; and he counted it to him for righteousness.” Thus, James was speaking about the FRUIT of Abraham's faith; but Genesis 15:6 speaks concerning the ROOT of Abraham's faith. Abraham was justified in the eyes of God by faith alone. Abraham was justified in the eyes of men by works. The Catholic Church horribly corrupts the teachings of the Apostle James to teach the damnable heresy of Works Salvation (which is a guaranteed road to Hell).

Lengthy books have been written refuting the Jehovah's Witnesses, a false religion comprising about 6,000,000 members worldwide; but the hellish Catholic religion has over 1,000,000,000 members, and much fewer books have been written to expose their demonic teachings!

Yet the Popes think they know more than God, falsely teaching that Christ-rejecters can still get to Heaven some other way. John 10:1 calls them thieves and robbers... “Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that entereth not by the door into the sheepfold, but climbeth up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber.” Jesus is the only Door into Heaven according to John 10:9, “I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.” Make your choice: the Lamb of God, or the Devil's Pope?
