Goodday house, I just discovered that my WAEC certificate issued in 2005 is beginning to erase, the 9 subjects I offered is showing clearly but four grades have erased or faded of. I didn't laminate it back then.. Its written below the cert, that alteration or erasure makes it invalid. Suggestions ll be appreciated as I heard WAEC don't issue certificate twice |
