JOB DESCRIPTION:
A Leading IT Service Provider located in Abuja is looking for qualified professionals with the following experience:

JOB SUMMARY:
• Responsible for design, implement, monitor, document and support of customer network infrastructure and hardware components.
• Support operational tasks of customers’ IT operations centres.
• Provide knowledgeable and experienced answers to common and uncommon situations encountered by Network Engineers. MANAGERIAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE CAPABILITY IS COMPULSORY

REGULAR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLTIES:
• Design, deployment, configuring, testing, maintenance, troubleshooting and documentation of customer networks infrastructure. This includes but is not limited to: Switching infrastructure, Routing Infrastructure, Remote access servers, Firewalls, IDS systems, Cache Engines, Internal Networks, etc.
• Familiarity with official and unofficial (best practice) policies and procedures.
• Work with the Business Development Unit to put together proposals and to defend that proposal.
• Provide mentoring, coaching and motivation to team mates and developing future leaders.
• Work closely with team members to troubleshoot and solve customers’ IP Network problems.
• Need to understand customers’ problems and weaknesses and address these.
• Evaluate requirements for the sales and support of all new IP product offerings from Cisco and/or HP.
• Work without supervision under sometimes intensive pressure



EDUCATION:
• BSC. Computer or Electrical Engineering.
• CCNA, CCNP preferable.

Requirements:

- ICAN, ACCA or equivalent qualifications
- Good first degree or other tertiary education
- IT skills, experience in using an accounting package, preferably an ERP one, MS Suite of applications necessary
- Experience gained in the construction industry will be an advantage
-Post qualification experience should be at least five years
- Good and demonstrable sense of integrity
- Good communication skills; verbal and writing
- Ability to head accounting unit, with experience in writing up final accounts and liaison with internal and external auditors required.

related position in sales & marketing experience in I.C.E companies
c. Customer Care Manager a good first degree with at least ten
