My friend and I are currently preparing for a professional exam due to be taken in a couple of days and we have being arguing on one simple question. The question is: there are 8 organisational activities whc are performed to achieve organisational objective they are:
1 setting goals and objectives
2 making and implementing decisions
3 measuring results
4 hiring and developing staff
5 dealing with customers
6 negotiating wit financier and suppliers
7 producing the product
8 interacting with regulatory agencies
The question is how can I group these into daily, weekly,montly,occasional and annual activities? Eg hiring and developing staff- occasional. Thanks
