The Kinsmen of the Late Prof.Festus Iyayi from Edo State,are asking the Kogi state Government to compesate the deceased family with 50Billion Naira ...whata country of Greed and Lack of shame.....i still dont believe this patriot's death is not attached with something diabolical...imagine the compesation..like they all have been expecting his death..if Government would give them this amount...its lik 1/5 of what ASUU is to collect yearly....consider the lifes of those people who lost thier lifes due to the fraustration of the unnecesarily prolonged strike...were their families compesated....this is so unbecoming.....now the topic is being shifted from ''getting this strike called off'' to '' Irritating comments and stories about his death(Iyayi)'' ... 50billion is ridiculous, however, the family of the deceased is entitled to compensation, that is if they can establish the fact that the deceased's death was as a result of recklessness or negligence.
