We are an internet Service Provider (ISP) operator, having license to operate in Nigeria in the area of Internet provision, Telecoms, infrastructure and Sales of Telecom equipment.

RESPONSIBILITIES`

* Establishes adequate control of financial reporting system.

* Prepare financial statement from beginning to end.

* Payment of deductible tax VAT, tax e. t. c.

* Payment of various statutory expenses e.g. NEPA, rent as at when due.

* Payment of salaries.

* To notify management when expenditure seems to be more than budgeted figure

* Seek to identify risk to the company.

* Managing collection of subscription

* Prepare operational budget and report on budget on monthly bases.

* Manage petty cash flow to ensure availability of fund.

* Prepare financial report.

* Manage cash flow account receivable and payable.

* Manage bank relationship.

* Payroll administration.

* Compute tax and prepare tax returns to ensure compliance with payment.

*General administration of company’s accounts software.
